My practice is driven by a strong intention to empower each patient, using the latest research evidence to educate patients on how they can apply research evidence to their current health concern. Said another way, my want for patients is to limit their need for practitioner care, and for the patient to drive their own health.

My passion is to work with patients who want to improve their mental health, with a special interest in stress, anxiety, depression and addiction.
